I decided to try the Surrey Jag Centre following a series of extremely disappointing experiences with a major main dealer. Ray and his team are quite simply the best. Their knowledge about Jaguars is second to none. Ray has a love and passion for the Marque that is evidenced in the detail and the work his team carries out. No corners cut, every detail covered. No hesitation in changing a part if felt this was needed. I was almost at the point where I was going to change the car but Ray and his team have restored my faith in the Jaguar brand. Looking forward to taking the car back to the Surrey Jag Centre, hopefully for many years to come. Trevor

There are experts about certain cars and then there are experts about these certain cars but the amount of knowledge about everything to do with Jaguar that I found at Surrey Jag Centre is beyond description. Every part and problem, from the smallest wire or whatever to the biggest component, they knew, they fixed and I have never met a more honest and nicest bunch of people. If you have a Jag and you have something wrong and take it to your local garage, you risk getting the wrong part for the wrong solution and risk having to go back and complain. My transmission was wonky but now perfect, my heating was made perfect, every major, and minor faults spotted and I was even given the choice whether to fix or not. The best for getting your love and joy Jaguar sorted out. MIKE
Had something of an unusual problem with the fuel tank on my XF. Discussed this some while ago and just recently I booked the car in for the problem to be resolved. Done in double quick time with no fuss whatsoever. First time of using SJC and certainly won't be the last especially given their "can do attitude". Many thanks to all involved. Brin
